The electro hydraulic power unit is of the “Silent & Cold power” type, characterized by reduced noise and heat generation, so this

series is suited for all day usage.

The preset pace rate is actuated by the regulating system in feedback: further automatic mechanisms ensure that test procedure is simple and safe.

Routines are provided for performing various tests in automatic mode such as compression tests on concrete cylinders, cubes, blocks and on cement cubes, flexural tests on concrete beams and cement prisms, indirect tensile tests on concrete cylinders. According to pace foreseen by the EN and ASTM Standards.

Rapid approach speed of the platens to the sample and download at the end of the test are automatic.

When the test has ended, the motor stops automatically and the test results are displayed.

Safety guard and ram limiting device are standard features.

Pressure is read by an extensometric-type pressure transducer which the PLUSTRONIC readout unit display as a load reading.

The PLUSTRONIC is a touchscreen control/readout unit with large colour screen 5 inch, 65000 divisions (nominal), USB and serial ports.

It has two channels extremely useful when a second transducer is installed on the machine to increase scale of readout.

Computerization of the test is possible using our software (AD 050/ G55) which not only enables the machine to be fully managed and activated indifferently from either the Plustronic or the PC, it also allows for test data to be acquired, processed and customized using Microsoft Excel. Reports may be prepared in Word or Excel and printed in PDF format. Test graphs are generated in real time and load pace, deviation from Standard, load/time, stress/strain, deformation/ time graphs are also displayed.
